As an Interior Designer the question I used to get asked the most was, “what colours are in”? All of a sudden that question is not on everybody’s lips anymore. I think I know why? The reality television show epidemic that can be viewed on every network.
I believe the evolution of DIY television shows is bringing out the interior designer in everyone and exposing people to new and exciting finishes for their home. Gone are the days of a boring painted “feature” wall. Nowadays people are sear
ching for new ways to give their home a bit of WOW factor and they are starting to realise that there really isn't an “in” colour.
It is all about pattern, texture and colours. Wallpaper has taken over the once popular painted feature wall and not your florally wallpaper that many of you have spent hours and hours of your time steaming off walls. Wallpaper is back and it’s fierce! Take a look below!
